Terms of Use

1. Operator, country, contact and account

Quant Strategy Lab is operated from Ireland under the Quant Strategy Lab business name. The public contact for support, privacy questions and complaints is support@quantstrategylab.app. Before paid checkout is enabled, it will also show the seller’s legal identity, physical business address and applicable tax details.

You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, provide accurate information, verify your email and protect your password. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or multiplied to bypass limits.

2. Research service

QSL processes datasets and parameters selected by you to generate historical simulations, rankings, metrics and exports. Outputs are non-personalised research and must be independently checked before any later use.

3. Plans, cancellation and refunds

Before a purchase, checkout will show the plan, credits, price, currency, known taxes, billing period and renewal terms. Payment may be handled by a gateway or merchant of record whose terms and privacy notice also apply.

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time in Plan & billing or by emailing support@quantstrategylab.app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it is not the same as statutory withdrawal, and access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.

Except where mandatory law or a failure of the service gives you a refund right, fees already paid are not refunded or prorated because you stop renewal early or leave credits unused. If you are a consumer with a statutory withdrawal right, you may exercise it within 14 days of concluding the service contract. This is not an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee: if you asked QSL to start the service immediately, QSL may retain or charge the proportionate value of service supplied before withdrawal, including compute represented by credits already used, where permitted by law. Any refund legally due will be returned through the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after QSL receives a valid withdrawal notice.

To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, send an unambiguous statement to support@quantstrategylab.app before the deadline and include your account email and purchase date. You may write: ‘I withdraw from my QSL subscription contract.’

4. Credits and jobs

Credits are internal units of compute capacity. They are not money, securities or cryptoassets, earn no interest and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. A job consumes capacity according to the rules displayed in the service.

5. Your data and acceptable use

You retain rights in uploaded datasets and grant the operator the limited permission needed to store, process and produce requested results. You confirm that you may lawfully use the data and that it contains no malware, credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

You may not compromise security, access other accounts, introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, evade quotas, infringe third-party rights or use QSL unlawfully.

6. Availability, ownership and liability

The service may change, be interrupted or contain errors. QSL software, branding and first-party content belong to the operator or licensors; your datasets remain yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSL is provided as available without a guarantee of profit, absolute accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Termination, governing law and contact

You may stop using QSL at any time. Access may be suspended for breach, security risk, non-payment or legal obligation. You remain responsible for laws applying where you live or use the service.

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by Irish law, and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections or courts available to you in your country of residence.

Optional feedback and promotional credits

You may voluntarily answer private product questions or send a comment. Declining, choosing “I do not know”, or giving a negative opinion does not restrict your account. Where a reward is offered, it is the same for every valid answer, regardless of sentiment. Optional fields are not required for the reward.

The current pilot offers up to 100 credits for discovery, 200 for first experience and 200 for price and value, once per survey and account, with a lifetime maximum of 500. Your account must have a verified email. Experience questions require a completed, failed or cancelled attempt; price questions refer to a plan already shown to you. The pilot is limited to 100 participants and 50,000 granted credits, including amounts reserved for open offers. The amount and expiry shown when you open a survey govern that offer; a reservation lasts 10 minutes. If it expires, obtain a new offer before submitting. An offer of zero credits is expressly voluntary and carries no reward.

Promotional credits do not expire. They are separate from plan credits, have no cash or transfer value, and do not change subscription, feature, storage, export or job limits. Invalid and unprocessed candidates are refunded to their original credit source when the job settles, including after a monthly renewal or cancellation. Retrying a submission does not grant another reward. Multiple accounts or automated submissions to obtain repeated bonuses are prohibited; suspected abuse may be reviewed and erroneous grants corrected with an explanation.

We may pause or change future pilot offers. Already reserved offers are honoured until their displayed expiry, and awarded credits do not expire. Participation does not enrol you in marketing. Permission to contact you about a comment is optional and separate. Private feedback is not permission to publish a testimonial.

Public reviews are voluntary and independent of this programme. We provide no credits, discounts or other benefit for a Trustpilot review, a rating, its wording or clicking a review link. We do not select invitations by satisfaction. Trustpilot applies its own terms and privacy notice. Staging invitations are demonstrations and do not publish reviews.
