How credits work
A job reserves one credit per requested candidate. On settlement, invalid candidates—including zero-trade results—are refunded; valid and duplicate processed candidates consume credits. Dataset size and date range do not add a multiplier under the current rules.
The full amount is reserved once when the job is created. Completion refunds invalid candidates automatically. Failure or cancellation refunds both invalid candidates already processed and the unprocessed portion.
Example: 1,000 candidates reserve 1,000 credits. If 40 are invalid, the final charge is 960 credits; if the job stops after 300, at least 700 are returned.
Credits do not expire. Unused credits carry over, including after a plan change or cancellation. Free adds 1,000 credits on your first account use each UTC calendar month; inactive months are not granted retrospectively. Paid plans add their included credits when each monthly renewal is paid.
Founder pricing is available to the first 1,000 paying customers across Starter, Pro and Quant. You keep it while your subscription remains active; cancelling and subscribing again uses the standard price. Checkout shows the total, applicable taxes and monthly renewal terms before payment.
